01. The plans
Monthly: USD $7.99 for one month. Annual: USD $69.99 for one year. Both provide unlimited scans and collections within the app, with files stored on your device. “Unlimited storage” means Roemi imposes no paid plan storage quota; device capacity and technical limits still apply. Cloud backup or a hosted archive is not included. Prices here are planned U.S. reference prices; actual offers, local currency, tax treatment and availability are shown by the App Store before you confirm.
02. Free access
You can make 2 object scans and 2 space scans without Plus. Shared-file imports do not count. Deleting a saved scan does not restore a used free scan. Failed or canceled scans do not consume the completed-scan allowance. Viewing, organizing, sharing and exporting saved memories do not require an ongoing subscription. If your existing collection already exceeds the free allowance when Plus expires, you keep it; further new scans require Plus.
03. Annual trial, on or off
For eligible new subscribers, the annual plan offers a 3-day free trial. The app selects the annual plan and enables the trial switch by default when that offer is available to you. With the switch on, the Apple purchase sheet confirms 3 free days followed by USD $69.99 per year unless canceled. With the switch off, you choose the annual product without a free trial and pay the annual price when Apple confirms the purchase. Monthly is a separate monthly option. Apple determines eligibility; a previously used trial may not be offered again. If you are ineligible, the app must show the billed price rather than promise a free trial.
04. Payment and renewal
Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase after your confirmation, or after an eligible trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled. The app displays the period and total billed amount. Any change to an existing subscription’s price or terms follows Apple’s notices and consent requirements. The final Apple purchase sheet controls the offer you accept; this website never starts or changes a subscription.
05. Cancel any time
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Roemi and choose the available cancellation option. To avoid renewal after a free trial, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation stops future renewal; the availability and duration of remaining trial or paid access are shown by Apple. Deleting Roemi or deleting a scan does not cancel a subscription. 06. Restore and manage
Use Restore Purchases in the paywall or settings while signed into the Apple Account that bought the subscription. Restoration reinstates a valid Apple entitlement; it does not restore local models that were deleted or left on another device. Manage or switch plans through Apple’s subscription settings. Do not purchase overlapping products expecting combined benefits.
07. Refunds and consumer rights
Apple handles refund requests for Apple-billed purchases. Eligibility depends on the purchase, region and applicable rules; Roemi cannot promise approval. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or read Apple’s refund guidance. Your mandatory consumer rights remain available.
08. Questions and related policies
For help with an entitlement not appearing, email contact@qingyuanzitech.com with the app version and a short description. Do not send full card numbers or Apple passwords. Read the privacy policy and terms of use before subscribing.
